After attempting to browse anywhere and finally I found also an application to increase the speed at upload time, the application is speederxp.
Speederxp actually designed to increase the speed of our computer, useful if the computer that we use is very slow, with running applications and setting up the desired speed, our computers will automatically run faster. Speederxp not only able to upload, but it can be to increase the internet connection when we're browsing.
For how to use very easy, we just run the program speederxp that have been installed on the computer and then setting speednya, we can shift the numbers to the right for higher speed and left for lower speed, or can click the settings and input the number that we want of default rates. Click on the Apply button to save the settings we want.
If we're going to play games on the computer, I recommend this application should not be used first, or settinglah settings to Default setting is "10000", if this application is used for playing games and setting on the default rate above speederxp, games that we play will be frivolous dikerenakan process moves too fast.
